Q&A - Competition
How did you get started?
My dad took me to see some of his friends that ran cross-country and it looked like a lot of fun. I like that it uses different skills. You run a little motocross, some tight trails, a lot of sand here, creek crossings, rocks and elevation changes. I like it that you can run at a track and it is never the same. Something new all the time.
What are you planning for next season?
Trying to win back to back championships. +30 Amature last year, +30 Int. this year.
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Raising two very talented boys! In their first year of racing my youngest son Logan won the 50A championship and My oldest son Jordan placed 2nd in the 85B class. Who also just happens to be an excellent wide reciever for Yukon High School and I won the +30 Amature Championship.
