Too much! The 23T headshot car cost $40-50K with about $15-20K in body and frame. Sold it and am moving up to a much lighter car (35K+ without paint) keeping the drive train. Probably put 10-15K in the operation each year during the racing season with gas, entry fees, racing fuel, and broken parts. Sponsors are certainly needed. |
