Well my first blog on here so here goes.....

   The UK scene is pretty flat at the mo......the national season has ended so we all gotta battle it out for the Winter regional places in our respecative classes,I had a time out after the Nationals finished but now ready to hit up the Winter meetings to get up to some kind of fitness level for 09,the training is slowly kicking off and I'll be racing next weekend at my local track in the prestigous 'Pride of Essex' where 2 clubs from the same county race against each other for points and the bragging rights for best club in Essex......more to come on this one ;)
