Q&A - Competition

How did you get started?

My parents bought me a 50cc Rocketa for my 3rd birthday. As soon as I was able to get that moving around I was ready to race. After my parents saw what the difference was between the 50 and the 90, it was time to move up to a 90. I always want to be out at the track.

List your competitive highlights

I think my 4th place finish at Whitesands was one of the best. Me and Justin #30 were fighting hard the whole race. In the 2nd moto we passed each other 5 times. It was back and forth the whole race. He was out in front of me towards the end. I had to floor it and get past him at the finish. I beat him by 1 foot and the finish line. It was great!

What are you planning for next season?

Next year we will be living in Guam. They have 1 track out there and it is a big deal for everyone that races there. I plan on racing there and doing the best that I can every race. We are going to try and go over to Saipan and race at there track. We would have to fly or ship my quad over to race. It will be cool.

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

My biggest accomplishment now is when I scored my FIRST HOLESHOT EVER! On October 28, 2007 @ Soaring Edge MX Park. I was beginning the first moto of the race and I was ready to kick some bottom! Daddy had my quad running perfect and when the gate dropped, I pinned the throttle and was heading towrd the 1st turn and then Cody#40 drifted high in front of me and I saw an opening to get inside of him and I went for it with no fear! I took the holeshot from him and got in front of the other 4 quads! We all would have wrecked if the other quads didn't get out of the gas. HEY LITTLE BOYS, DON'T UNDERESTIMATE US COUNTRY GIRLS!! On June 30th 2007 when I finished 3rd out of 7 racers at Soaring Edge MX Park. It was cool to be able to stand higher on the podium. It is my best finish so far and I'm just getting started!
