Last weekend we went to race the second round of the Ohio Suzuki Spring series race in broadway, Ohio. it poored the day before but the track turned out great. I was so pumped for this race and it is one of my favorite tracks. I went out for practice and my cousin said i was haulin and i felt pretty good to. on hte first lap in the very back of the track there are really fast whoops and i was 3rd gear tapped going through them and i was passing someone..i was on the other side of the whoops and he came out of nowhere and just plowed me. I didnt really know how it happend but we both kind of just rolled of the track and i got up and picked my bike upand couldn't pull in my clutch. I waited about 4 hours to see if the pain would go down to try and race but it didnt so i went to the hospital. I broke both of the bones in my wrist, and i will be out for a month. Not the way i wanted to start the outdoors especiallly blowing my clutch out 2 weekends before but stuff happens.

i raced on sunday and we camped out saturday night it was a fun time. it rained alot saturday while we were driving there and it was pretty muddy when we got there. practice turned out great on sunday, after that it just was raining lightly. in my first mini sr. race i got 7 out of 16 and in my first supermin race race i got a 7 out of 16 also. during intermission it was started pooring. in my second mini sr. race i was aabout 8th off of the gate and every body got clogged up in the second turn and i made my way to 4th. i was right behind mathew blum and the leaders and we were all battleing. it was really close. i was going a step up in the back and my cluth blew out. i was pretty upset. but there is nothing you can do so i dnf'd the rest of the day

I have not raced a whole lot of the indoor races. i have been practicing alot though and i feel very comfortable on my bike. I am healthy and in great shape due to wrestling this winter. I am very excited for this upcoming year and ready to have lots of fun.
