What inspires you to compete?
I live to drive fast on twisting, turning backroads and dirt roads. I love to drift into a corner and when you hit that line.... it's just perfection!
Why do you like this sport?
It has everything that I love about driving... Speed, turns, jumps, suspense, competition against myself and others.
Some Personal Information About Me:
Married (17 yrs) to my wife Kelly. We have 2 kids, Mike (MJ) is 13 and Beth (Boo) is 11.
I don't drink. I don't smoke. I'm in the best shape of my life, both physically and spiritualy.
People have asked... "Isn't it a little late in life to start a new career, especially in racing?" I have 2 answers to that question.... 1) We are put on this earth for a very short time, we should do what we love, what inspires us. and 2) "It Is Never Too Late To Reinvent Yourself".
How's Life Treating You?
My life is a blessing each and every day. Whether it's good or bad, it's a blessing. I have expereinced so much over the past few years and each of those experiences have made me a stronger individual.
Music?
I love all music, with the exception of fusion jazz..., but especially music from the 80's.... My IPOD is packed with everything from Benny Goodman to Bach to The Tubes to Eminem... I love music!
