I've been racing since I was 8 years old. I started out in the Junior Dragsters and made my way to Super Street when I turned 16 where I raced a 69 Camaro for a few years. During my time in Super Street, Disney produced a made for TV movie based on Erica and my careers in Junior Dragsters called "Right On Track". Shortly after, due to playing volleyball and Texas Cheer Co., I took 2 years off from full time racing to finish Highschool and begin college at Texas A&M University in College Station. Last season was my first season back and I couldn't have been happier to be back in the driver's seat. I competed in Super Stock(SS/G)in a 1967 Nova...(427 4 speed), and an identical car in Stock Eliminator (F/S). I also was fortunate enough to obtain my Super Comp License in my boyfriend, Shawn Langdon's car. Unfortunately my sponsor, Stan Holt of Lupe Tortillas Mexican Restaurant, was going through a hard time last year with his family and I was unable to complete the season racing due to financial problems. I just moved to California and am hoping to attend as many races as possible.
My sister, Erica, races an NHRA Pro Stock car, but has also been going through some funding issues with the team, since Enders Racing bought her half of the team from Don Schumacher. Right now Erica is the main priority in finding funding for next season, so until she is stable it looks like I am on my own for finding funding for my racecars!
