GRAFSTRACTION – The Art of Graphic Abstractionism.
After years of exploration with line, color and form,
designer/painter Joshua Veteto has molded a truly
unique style that revisits the energy of past
Neo-Expressionism, 70's Lyrical Abstraction movement,
Color Field Painting, and also incorporates modern
graphic design principles in an explosive fusion as
abstractedly expressive as it is creatively
structured. Unlike mainstream Graffiti Art which
contains an internal framework based on letterforms
and patterns, Grafstraction strides for a loose
tonality with a perceived chaos that is harmonized by
color displacement and reinforced by the introduction
of dark, thick lines. The outcome is an emotion filled, 
color-charged space, dancing with multi-layered activity 
that is intriguing to the eye of a curious onlooker.
