How did Brock "The Rock" Heffron get started?
I was with my mom when we drove by the ABA Chandler, AZ BMX track. It looked real cool. My dad took me a few weeks later to try BMX.  I haven't missed a week of practice since my first day.

Brock's Competitive Highlights
Winning the 2007 UCI World Championship. Becoming a Redman rider after 8-months of riding. Winning the Canadian Grands with my 1st 8-Expert National Win. Winning the 9-Under Cruiser Title at the 2006 ABA Grands and receiving a NAG 1 plate. Being a Redman Team Member when we won the 2006 ABA National Team Championship.

Brock's biggest accomplishments
Winning the 2007 SIKIDS (Sports Illustrated Kids) YOUTH ATHLETE of the YEAR AWARD (first time winner). Becoming World #1 at the 2007 UCI World Championships. Also winning the United States Cycling National Championship. Winning the ABA Grands and getting a NAG-1 plate on my Cruiser the first full Season as an ABA Expert rider.
