The run-out after the landing ramp was on a lower plane than that of the launch ramp.

Current 250cc record holder: Bird, *321.2 ft., October 2, 2007 on a 2003 Honda CR250 early in the morning at Honolulu Hills Raceway in Taft, California in raw desert with a launch ramp and a modified and manicured natural terrain hill for a dirt landing ramp.
