Overview

How I got started

My dad used to be pro back in the day, he quit for a long while, got a 450, and kind of just took me along with him. I didn`t like the sport too much at first. My life up until I was a sophomore at Covington Catholic High School, my life was basketball. Once my dad started racing again, I became more and more fond of motocross. Now, motocross is my true passion.

Goals for the Future

It's been hard to keep riding while living away from home-going to school in Louisville and living in Cincinnati-but next semester I didn't schedule any classes on Friday so I can come on home and race or practice. My goal for 2009 is to show significant improvement and make Loretta Lynn's in 450 B stock and/or mod.

Bio

What inspires you to compete?

There`s a lot of people behind me, and I have the perfect environment to race, since my dad was a pro and he is also very behind me and pushing me to do better. But mostly, I just love the sport more than anything else, and it`s just so fun. It gives me something to strive for and look forward to during the week.

Describe your style...

I would say my style is just to keep improving every time I get on the bike. I'll go out and grind out a couple motos then go to my figure 8 track or practice one turn over and over again.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I want to finish college here at UofL and probably move on to grad school for a few years. I'm thinking I'll major in CIS (Computer Information System) in Business. I'll play it by ear as to where I want to have a career.

Schools Attended

School is a huge thing with me; I attended Covington Catholic High School and graduated in '07. I'm currently as sophomore at the University of Louisville with a 3.5 GPA and improving each semester.

Competitive Highlights

It was probably making Loretta Lynn's in '06 in 125C Stock. It was a good experience and it gave me more inspiration to keep moving up in the sport and keep striving for more.
