My Boy
My oldest son who has more severe autism is doing really well riding his bmx bike. Our family went to a bmx park and he rode half the track. Maybe to you that sound like "okay whatever", but to me it's whoooooooooohhhhhooooooo!!! I am so proud of that kid. He was really scared, (I got the nail marks to prove it), but he did it anyway. Hopefully next time, he will start at the gate. Wish us g

Finally got back on track

Wow, when you are out for 2 weeks, your butt lags.  At least mine does.  I had a pounding headache and sore legs when I rode today.  I guess going to work is not good enough excuse to not keep up on the exercising part.  At least I could of walked a little faster at work.   Okay I have learned my lesson...when you dont get the oppurtunity to bmx....soap opera's are not the answer.  Being on a treadmill and watching soap operas....thats better!!
