Well, the U.s. Open in Las Vegas has finished up and the results are in. For those waiting to watch it on TV, I won't spoil it. However, I would like to recognize the Florida competitors that ventured out to Vegas to represent Florida.
Jason Beck of Deland, Florida and owner of Beck's Tech Suspension and Engine Tuning qualified in the East Coast region of the Over 35 Class. Jason took his KTM through the field to bring home an 8th place finish for his sponsors: Beck's Tech, Cut Above Natural Stone, Cycle Sports Center, Gaerne, HRP, LA Sleeve, Panolin, Pit Pass, Renthal, Spy, No Fear, Twin Air, Dark Synergy, Racing Media Service.
The ONLY other Florida representatives were two brothers from Longwood, Florida, Wyatt and Leighton Dreggors. Wyatt was racing his KTM for TH Racing and 3D Racing, finishing 8th in the 65CC 7-9 MAIN EVENT. Leighton pinned the throttle of his Cobra for a 12th place finish in the 50CC 4-6 MAIN EVENT for TH Racing and 3D Racing.
Great job done by all. I hope to see some more friends in Vegas next year. The Best of luck in the up-coming series. |
