This was my second race ever and i did better than the first race even though i had a bad crash in a high speed turn in the open section. In my crash i slid out in a high speed turn and crashed in the woods and got stuck for a minute and then i finally got my self out and got back on my bike even though i was badly shaken. I ended up finishing 36 out of 38 which i wasn't very happy about, but i was happy i even finished.

I had a great weekend at the first mount snow race of the season even though i didn't get the best time. On Saturday the course wasn't to muddy and it was pretty past, come Sunday the course turned into a mud pool. I had quite a few times during my race run where i almost slid off the course, then through the rock garden is where i just lost it and came close to flipping over. In the end i came in with a time of 4:20, i was very disappointed but i got over it. I need to work on more confidence in the mud and i just need to get better at riding in the mud/wet/rain. I hope to do better at the second race coming up in early July, i am going to start to train a lot for this next race, and i hope to see you all there.
