Why do you like this sport?
I like this sport because it lets me get outdoors. Riding also allows me time that I can share with my family. Riding allows me the opportunity to pass on ethics and character to my girls.
Why do you compete?
I compete for myself. I continously race against myself. I imagine that I'm chasing myself. I never can quite catch myself so I push harder.
Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
I like to travel, checking out new places and seeing new things is always cool.
My family drove from Alice Springs to Sydney, Australia back in '85. The first half of the trip was a gnarly dirt road. We took two spare tires. The tires and the spares popped. We pulled into a cattle station and this bloke gave us some used tires that held air. The tires were way too big so the truck rode down the road leaning to one side. The truck looked really funny but we made it to the next town
Employment / Experience Summary
I worked as an automotive technician since I was 18 at several different shops. I'm the team mechanic for my wife's, in-laws, and kids' dirtbikes and cars. A while back I decided that I needed a career change and now I am installing satellite systems for Dish Network
How's Life Treating You?
Life is great! We just bought a really nice house, I just got a raise, and both of my girls got sponsored before Daddy. Life is good!
