Overview

How I got started

Well i got my first BMX bike when i was five, right away i was wanting to launch off jumps and go really fast. But i was too young to start yet. my dad was a really good BMX rider, so when i got my first BMX bike he started to train me and teach me the techniques, how to jump, how to bunny hop, and really everything there is to know about biking. A few years later my dad got into downhill mountain bike racing and bought me my first mountain bike. I fell in love with it right away and decided i wanted to pursue a career in freeriding and racing.

Goals for the Future

My goals for the 2008 season are: Going to the 2008 Sea Otter Classic, Going to the 2008 Far North BMX State Championship series in Fairbanks, Alaska,  traveling with my dad to as many races as i can, also my dad is working with our local bicycle club to get a downhill race series up and running by max late 2008.

Bio

Describe your style..

Smooth and Loose. I just let my arms flow with the bike and let the bike handle the roots and rocks and jumps. And i try to be as fast as i possibly can, but at the same time look like its easy for me.

Competitive Highlights

I competed in the 2007 and 2008 Far North BMX Alaska State Championship Finals and got 1st place both times. And I Compted in the Hilltop Downhill Mountain Bike Race against everyone there, adults and all. and got 12th.
