This winter we have plans to resume weekly spinning classes and swimming clinics/workouts. We are also putting together clinics on nutrition, bike maintenance, running posture, and we are open to hosting other clinics if our membership and/or sponsors have further ideas so feel free to join and get involved. Our Club is most active from May through September. On Thursdays, club members meet at 6:00 p.m. at Barton Park to do a combined bike/run "brick" workout. It typically consists of a 15- to 20-mile bike ride, followed by a 2- to 5-mile run. Starting in June, we also meet on Friday evenings for an open-water swim and trail-run at Silver Lake in Pinckney (with pizza and ice cream afterwards!) Individual members also organize longer runs on Saturdays and bike rides on Sundays throughout the season. See the Event Calendar for the current schedule of activities.
