I don't race a stinger. I got the Hans in 2006 when I began racing because I raced at a 1/2 mile high banked track with high walls, so the safety crew highly encouraged the hans due to recent injuries. Back then, I was 14 years old and raced a front wheel drive hornet. I now drive a rear wheel drive imca stock car, and race at a variety of tracks .. so the Hans is the safest form of equipment to have. Locally, the Hans is becoming popular and less expensive, I definetly recommend it. I've been in a couple wrecks with walls where I have felt the Hans stop my neck in ways that a normal neck brace couldn't. Thanks for asking. |
