On the 16th was the James Marxhall Benifit race at 3 palms extreme sports park.  It was really a fun event and for a good cause!

I raced in the 125 beginer class and got 2nd. I got an excellent start, I actually got the holeshot! I was leading for quite a bit of the race but someone caught up and passed me and pulled away. I will probably be racing one more beginer race and then I will move up to novice.

It was really cool to see James out there, he was all smiles al the time! A couple Pro's showed up, like Matt Walker who raced on a local's bike. There was Andrew Short but he wasn t riding, aswell as Jeff Dement who didn t race either. And there were alot of local pro's out there too, like Ronny Jackon and other fast people.

If you didn t go you definately missed out on something but I am sure there will be many more so go whenever you get the chance to!!!
