How did your team get started?

In 2004 Mat Herrington decided to build a hare scramble racing team that would someday make it to the top. Mat, at the time was already a C-Class Champion, but he wanted more. The 2005 season seen Mat team up with his girlfriend Carley Whitehorse, a new comer to the sport, and long time friend Ben Grosse, already an accomplished motocross racer in the 125C class. Looking forward to the 2006 season Mat plans on gaining enough sponsorship and donations to run a National Hare Scrambles Series.

What is your team mission/ motivation?

414 Racing has a goal to support our sport and make it as big as Motocross / Supercross is today. We want to promote a friend and family environment and always have a positive attitude as 414 Racing climbs towards the top.

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

Mat Herrington : 2008 GNCC Series - 200A 5th
Carley Whitehorse : 2008 GNCC Series - Women 7th
Ben Grosse : 2005 District 16 Hare Scrambles - 7 Wins in the C Class; C Class Champion
