practice....this is starting to get old...

Im starting to get really wound up about this weekend, this is my first foot race ever, and im starting to get really excited!!!!!!! Motor Tabs should keep me in the front of the pack though, they work awesome......

up........Decided to run a 5K for charity September 26th, then race on Sunday the 27th at New Egypt.....What a weekend thats gonna be
